I understand that I undertake these classes at my own risk and release and indemnify VK Life and/ or its teachers against all and any claim that may arise from my attendance and/or participation at any class. With respect to any medical conditions or injuries listed above, I have recently been examined by a licensed medical practitioner and have been deemed able to safely participate in these activities. I agree to adjust my activity according to any limitations I may have and will take full responsibility for myself during the class. I will notify my instructor before each class of any recent injury, illness, surgery or pregnancy.
