Empowering young people to develop healthy lifestyle habits
VK Life brings Pilates and Yoga education to schools to empower students to lead healthy lifestyles. In recent years, there has been a concerted effort to introduce Pilates and Yoga into Australian schools. During a child’s school years Pilates and Yoga will teach them how to formulate healthy lifestyle habits that they will benefit from for the rest of their lives.
We have over 10 years experience
We have been providing Pilates and Yoga to schools including Kincoppal, Wenona and Ascham for the past 10 years. Our classes guide students to better focus in school, improve their sports or other physical activities and a better awareness and control of their constantly changing bodies. The feedback we get is that the VK Life Pilates and Yoga programs do make a discernible difference to the mental and physical wellbeing of class participants.
